CELC operators are normally employed by concerned state govt. They carry a tablet and CELC software installed in it. They can provide these services of Aadhaar:👇
(i) enrollment for aadhaar (only for children of 0-5 years)

(iii) aadhaar print using:
(a) UID/EID and Biometric
(b) Advanced search using Demographic Details and Biometric
