Step 1: Go through this link Click Here 👈

Step 2: Enter EID and Date/Time (Date/Time is not compulsory).

Step 3: Enter Name, Mobile, Email, PIN, Village/Town/City

Step 4: Select Complaint Type and Category.
Step 5: Write you concern (max. 150 Characters)
Step 6: Enter Captcha and Click on Submit.






Now, Your Complaint has been registered and your Compaint Id is generated.
